At Wild Baby we specialize in raccoons, opossums, and now skunks!
For any wildlife, the first thing is to get the animal dry and warm. DO NOT attempt to feed or hydrate the animal. Then, contact a wildlife rehab immediately.
For opossums, if they are 5-7 inches from nose to butt (excluding tail), they are safe to be in the wild. However, if you notice the animal is injured, contact a wildlife rehab immediately.
Raccoons stay with their mothers for over a year when born, so if you see a small raccoon, without mom, It is best to contact a wildlife rehab immediately.
Your donations make it possible to save the lives of wildlife, make them strong, and return them to the wild again. We are extremely grateful for your generosity.
