Eva the Diva! This sassy girl came to us to bond with another raccoon; however, our team quickly realized she was handicapped and cannot walk properly. Her disabilities have never stopped her and she is as fierce as ever!

Meet Olivia! She came into WBRR 5 years ago as a little baby. The team realized she had a Neurological disorder that causes her to wobble when she walks, we like to call this her dancing!

Meet Ratatouille! He joined us in 2016 and after much observation, Ratatouille was deemed non-releasable because he cannot climb. He also has cataracts in his right eye that limit his ability to see. But he has remained a favorite for how sweet he is!

Luna the Skunk! Our newest addition to Wild Baby. She is 4 years old with severe allergies that prevent her from living outside. Luna came from the Virginia Living Museum, but now she will be an educational animal for us.

This is Groot! He is a two-year old opossum that came into the rescue after being fished out of a homeowners pool when he was young. Due to this, he has developed a neurological disorder that makes him a little wobbly when he walks. But he never turns down some treats!

Meet Ivy! Ivy and her twin sister Poppy came into the rescue as just little babies, but they never quite got big enough to release. Her sister Poppy, unfortunately passed away but Ivy is doing great.

Meet Sebastian! While he looks perfect to us, he has a stubbed tail from an injury he received when he was young, preventing him from climbing properly in the wild. Uniquely enough Sebastian was dropped off at our front door!

This is Francis! He is a baby from this years baby season. We noticed that he was not growing as much as he should, so our Vet Team deemed him non-releasable. He will now be an educational animal for us!

Your support of our rescue will help us provide the very best for our critters!
*A perk that we are hoping to have in the future is a "sponsor only section" that will be full of pictures and updates on what's happening with us & the animals.
